Biohacking Days Stuttgart – a review that resonates, despite sitting around and doing NOTHING
Some trade shows are forgotten after two days. Not this one.
Bridge2Satori attended the Biohacking Days in Stuttgart for the first time. What we took away weighs more than any stack of business cards.
The feedback was enthusiastic – and above all, genuine. Exactly the kind of response that arises when something truly fits.
People sat on our Bridge2Satori meditation stool and realized that meditation might not be as far off as they thought. Yoga studios and meditation enthusiasts immediately recognized the added value it creates for their community. And inquiries also came from the healthcare sector – because conscious pausing is no longer just an alternative, but a necessity.
A special highlight: the meditation courses by Philip Dietl. Philip doesn't just explain – he guides. Those who sat with him learned more in a short time than in many hours-long workshops. Expertise meets calm presence. That leaves an impression.
The biohacking cosmos and mindful practice complement each other more than many suspect. In the end, it's about the same thing: giving space to one's own system.
We are grateful – for every conversation, every encounter, and every moment in which our visitors simply took a deep breath.
Who else was there? What moved you?
